1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your gear must meet the following criteria to ensure it can be safely re-stocked:
- Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it.
- No Outdoor Debris: The gear must be completely free of dirt, twigs, briars, leaves, or outdoor scents (such as smoke or campfire).
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product packaging with all tags still attached.
Note: GhillieLabs reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item is returned damaged, dirty, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Getting your return processed is simple. Just follow these steps out of the brush:

support@ghillielabs.comwith your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the reason for your return (e.g., "Need to size up" or "Wrong color for my terrain"). It helps immensely if you attach a quick photo of the item's condition. - Get Authorized: Our support team will respond within 12–24 hours with the correct return shipping address and a Return Authorization.
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Please note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping mistake on our part, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
3. Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our lab team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.
- Payout: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
- Timing: Please note that it typically takes 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund back to your account.
4. Exchanges (Wrong Size or Color?)
If you need to exchange your suit for a different size or a different environmental camo pattern (e.g., switching from Woodland to Grassland), the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item for a refund under our standard policy, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality control seriously at GhillieLabs. If your item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us at support@ghillielabs.com immediately. We will arrange a brand-new replacement or a 100% full refund at zero extra cost to you.
