1. Delivery Areas & Destinations
To ensure a secure, fast, and smooth customs experience, we currently limit our fulfillment services to the following regions:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
If your country is not listed, we currently cannot guarantee reliable logistics or tracking services, and checkout will be unavailable.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We offer flexible, tiered shipping options to match your budget and urgency. All orders are shipped via trusted international specialized postal or express lines with end-to-end tracking.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Inspection & Packing: Every Ghillie suit and camouflage gear undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our facility. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and pack your order.
- Tracking Activation: Once dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistics network to scan and update the first status online.
4. Custom Duties & Import Taxes
- Low-Value Shipments: For the vast majority of our shipping destinations (including the US and major European lines), packages fall under the personal duty-free exemption threshold, meaning you will NOT be charged any unexpected customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
- Exceptional Cases: In rare instances where local customs randomly inspects and levies fees, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Address Changes & Lost Packages
- Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier (usually within 24 hours of ordering), we are unable to alter the destination.
